Most people fly into Liberia Airport... however some that are traveling from Europe find it easier to fly into the San Jose airport, even though it's a longer drive to the retreat center.

We are BLESSED to have connected with these amazing humans. They have been serving ayahuasca for over 20 years, normally within their tight knit community and to groups of about 200 people! For them to come and work with us in this intimate setting is truly special. The shamans are not only amazing at what they do but they truly live it. It's very evident that they have worked with the medicine for over 20 years because it shows up in their character, how they communicate with others, how they deal with challenges. They are some of the most inspiring, humble, sweet, authentic people I have ever met in my life!

They have however asked that we do not put pictures of them on the website for their own privacy but what I can say is that it's a couple (husband and wife) that lead the ceremonies... and they bring in about 8-10 helpers, who are also VERY powerful medicine people in their own right. Aaron, Pattie, and I have drank at many different places and never have we felt so safe under their guidance.

One of the most important things that creates a safe container is our screening process. We ONLY let people come that are interested in drinking the medicine. If you are wanting to just come and party with Aaron and Vic then this is not for you. We want people that are very serious about this and feel a genuine calling to work with ayahuasca. If this is not you it's totally cool though! We understand it's not for everyone, but in order to maintain a safe space we require you feel a calling in your own way to partake.

The medicine our shamans use is not particularly purgative, though some still will purge in that way. I can say from personal experience (Vic speaking) it's not what you think. I honestly feel grateful anytime I get to purge that way because there is a very distinct feeling that I am letting go of something heavy and it's actually a very cathartic and beautiful feeling believe it or not!

We cover the transportation to and from the airport, however you are responsible to get your own plane tickets.

We look for a few things... 1. We can't take anyone taking anti depressants because it does not mix well with ayahuasca and can be dangerous. 2. Their intention. If we get the feeling that someone wants to just come to see Aaron or Vic and isn't really serious about ayahuasca we will decline them. We want people that feel a calling and are willing to do the real work. 3. They also for practical reasons must be able to afford the trip and have clearance to travel during the dates.

We rent out the entire resort Finca Austria which is a BEAUTIFUL place in the mountains of Nosara, Costa Rica. This resort has multiple villas each with multiple rooms. There are several pools and many beautiful places to sit in nature, watch the sunset over the ocean, and take space. There are 2 main locations, the top and bottom of the hill. The top is nice because that is where we do the ceremonies, eat, and also that is where the main pool is. The bottom is also cool though because it's in the jungle and you're in the middle of nature. The downfall however is you have to take a shuttle up and down the hill. There are 2 room types, a shared room where you are with 2-3 other people but with your own bed... and also a bunk bed option where you share with 3 other people.

Between $3,950 and $5,950 depending on your accommodation. We do offer payment plans where you can split the payment into 3 of 4 payments if there is enough space between you joining and the retreat.

We have organized 10 of these retreats all with the same shamans and location in Costa Rica. They are a very sacred part of our lives. We do not do this for the money or to look cool but rather to simply share the medicine with those that feel called because it has changed our lives in countless ways.
